Ha it’s been a while since I’ve made a post here, Ive been super busy working on a new business venture that I want to share with you all today.
I created No added sugar and vegan snack boxes for you all.
So I realised that there wasn’t really any options for No added sugar Vegans out there when it came to selection boxes/ taster boxes/gift boxes, and I know a lot of you ask me all the time what kind of snacks are available for people who want to try healthier options.
So here is the snack boxes I’ve made so far:
Vegan No Added Sugar Healthy Treats Mini Snack Box!
IN THE BOX:
1x Nakd – Cocoa orange bar
1x The Happy Company – Crunchy roasted Fava Beans lightly salted
1x BRAVE Roasted peas – Paprika and chilli
1x Nakd – Cherry flavour infused Raisins
All wrapped in a box with tissue paper. Less waste.
Today I have for you the long awaited Cake hunt ( sugar free and vegan of course ).
I promised a while back that I would test out and investigate some locations for sugar free cake for you all to go out and try – and here we are! The first part in many to come..
To be honest, I thought we would fall short and not be able to find anywhere to get this elusive Sugar free, vegan cake, but lucky us – there are actually more places than I think any of us ever realised..
All it took was for me to grab a friend, and do a little google search and now here we are 😛
All of the places I visited were refined sugar free, so if you have just cut out refined sugars there is plenty options for you in the London area.

(f or evidence to show unbelieving friends, and convince them to join your sugar free side hehe )
-Check all ingredients properly, and ask the waiters
( don’t get over excited like me and miss some key information )

So I created this deliciousness on my first ever day trying out a raw Vegan diet and it was too good not to share with you all. 😛
Green smoothie breakfast bowl Recipe [ Raw Vegan ]
Sweet, fruity and nutritious Green smoothie breakfast bowl.
Just a blender is needed and something to chop up your fruit toppings.

Cuisine: Vegan, Raw-Vegan
Serves: 1 or 2 small portions
2 Ripe bananas ( the riper they are the sweeter it is )
A big handful of Spinach ( or any leafy greens you choose )
3/4 – 1 cup frozen mango
about a cup of water ( depends on how thick you want it )
a thumb size of ginger (optional – healthy boost)
1/3 cup of oats
1 Ripe Kiwi ( the riper the sweeter )
Honeydew melon (as much as you want)
1 tbsp of Chia seeds
sprinkle of oats
(or any fruit you like to put on top)
Place all smoothie ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth, do a taste and consistency test and see if it is to your liking , if not sweet enough – add another ripe banana. if not smooth enough – add some more water.
Slice up Kiwi and Honeydew melon.
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Sprinkle on toppings.
– Get creative, make some beautiful shapes with your toppings and take some photos to show off how good you are at making a healthy and beautiful breakfast.
– Try different fruits if you want, and different seeds.
